Randy started out playing in church and then grew away from organized religion. 
He started moving away from God and playing country music in bars. Now he realizes he has to have Jesus in his music and life. He wants to spread the message of Romans 10:9 and 10 through his ministry. Randy and his lovely wife Shonda, have since moved to King’s Trail Cowboy Church in Van Alstyne, Texas, where his youngest son, Jason Norton, is the Pastor. Randy’s oldest son, Kenny, and his entire family now attend church faithfully.
Randy says he now realizes that God has a place for everyone. All you have to do is accept His great gifts of grace, mercy and love and accept Jesus as your personal Savior.
Randy completed work on his debut album, entitled My Prayer, in late 2009, and the title track “My Prayer” was released to radio in January 2011. All profits associated with the sale of the album go to the ministry at King’s Trail Cowboy Church in Van Alstyne, Texas.
